Cashier's behavior at Rajput town outlet
I went to insignia outlet Rajput town A block near DHA EME Lahore to change the shoes. The cashier's behavior wasn't good and behaved rudely which was quite disappointed. He also charged delivery charges 200/- which was unfair to us .Its your policy that customer can get the size change from outlet within 15 days. Kindly train him how to treat the customers. This is none of his concerns whether the customer is buying or exchanging the shoes.
