Exchange / Claims
Product can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase subject to intact original condition and upon producing original receipt.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged, claimed or returned in case of any defect.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases and depends upon the mode of Payment.
1. Refund on Credit/Debit Card Payment:
Wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
2. Refund on COD
Refunds may be allowed within 15 days of purchase at any of our outlet across Pakistan. In case of online sales, customers can call our Retail Support Center at 042 111 456 788 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where our customer service representative will assess the product and allow or disallow, after careful product examination. In case, if refund is allowed, sales amount will be credited to your E-wallet maintained at our website. You can use this credited amount anytime within 6 months for one time purchase only.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Online Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the shipment confirmation via email, which contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Exchange/Claim Policy' will apply.
Insignia may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors etc.
