RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges or Claims

Unused Product can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase subject to intact original condition and upon producing original receipt. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged, claimed or returned. Perfumes/bags are not returnable and/or exchangeable.

Refunds

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases and depends upon the mode of Payment.

1. COD
Refunds may be allowed within 15 days of purchase at any of our outlet across Pakistan.
In case of online sales, customers can contact us at 042 111 456 788 or write us at support@insignia.com.pk, where our representative will guide customer as per policy.
In case, if refund is allowed, sales amount will be credited to your E-wallet. You can use this credited amount anytime within 1 months for one time purchase only.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Perfumes/bags are not returnable and/or exchangeable.

2. Credit/Debit Card Payment
Wherein the product is out of stock. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.

Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Online Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive the shipment confirmation via email, which contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Exchange/Claim Policy' will apply.

Insignia may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors etc.
