Broken streps

Hi, I ordered a pair of shoes from Insignia and received them. However, when I opened the shoebox, I noticed that one of the buckles was damaged. I wanted to visit the store to get them exchanged, but unfortunately, I couldn’t go because I was busy. I would appreciate it if you could please guide me on how I can get them exchanged.
