Courier service is pathetic.

Rider didn't contact me althouh I rescheduled delivery after that he again didn't make any contact with me.Cherry on top I got a text from postex that I refused to receive my parcel while I didn't. In a nut shell after many tries I made contact with rider requested him to deliver my parcel then he did after many calls. Courier service was pathetic at least make it better I paid for it.
